Zucchini has few calories and fat content of less than 1 percent. Furthermore, it contains plenty of potassium, which is important for various metabolic processes. In addition, there is magnesium for strong muscles and nerves, as well as a relatively large amount of iron.
Milk: In addition to high-quality protein, milk provides a large portion of calcium, zinc, iodine, vitamin B2 and B12. Next to egg protein, milk protein is the protein with the highest biological value. This means that even small amounts provide the body with all essential amino acids and the body can also easily digest the proteins.
Rapeseed oil: The special thing about rapeseed oil is its fatty acid composition: Not only does it contain above-average amounts of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, but it also scores particularly well with its high proportion of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). The body cannot produce this fatty acid itself but can only absorb it through food. ALA is the starting material for another important fatty acid, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which the body needs to build the brain and retina.
