We accept requests from other libraries via ODR and via e-mail at the address konyvtarkozi@uni-mate.hu. All requests are being administered on the same day or on the next business day.
Loan period
Item loan period is about 3-4 weeks depending on the document. If the item is not on hold, renewal may be requested.
Fees
Photocopies of journal articles and book chapters are free of charge. In case of a book loan, the return delivery fee needs to be paid by the requesting library.
Limitations
We do not loan periodicals, doctoral dissertations, and books published before 1945. We can provide limited access to items owned by MATE departmental and institutional libraries.
Loan information of the requested items can be checked through our online catalogue which contains all items acquired after 1993 and some of those purchased before1993 (retrospective processing of all items in our collection is in progress.)
